The preparatory machines are not only state of art precision engineered machines from Germany & Switzerland, but also have multiple specially engineered equips to handle complex fibers and wide range of counts. With sizing possibilities up to 30,000 ends and Japanese leasing machines to prevent cross ends, the precision of size recipe and controls in preparatory ensure the beams are woven at high efficiencies to go towards the dream of a ZERO DEFECT Fabrics in the modern world.
The Weaving has capabilities to weave coarse number ducks for technical textile applications ranging from Defence & Aeronauticals to ultra super fine counts like 200/2 to 370/2 for fine bespoke shirting and furnishing markets.
